All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and limited-quantity nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are non-refundable. Because each custom order is invoiced and produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun.
