Sprinklefetti Glitter ships handmade and ready to ship orders based on order type, production schedule, material availability, and current order volume.

Processing Times

Processing time begins after payment has been received and all order details are confirmed.

Ready to ship items generally ship sooner than custom or made to order pieces.

Custom orders and handmade pieces may require additional processing time depending on design details, materials, order volume, and production schedule.

If an order includes both ready to ship and custom items, the full order may ship together unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated or listed at checkout based on order size, destination, packaging needs, and selected shipping method.

Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses, returned packages, customer changes, or reshipment requests.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact Sprinklefetti Glitter as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping updates, delays, scans, and delivery timing are handled by the carrier.

Carrier Delays

Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or events outside of our control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service specifically guarantees delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, front desk staff, or your local post office.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Sprinklefetti Glitter due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up, or carrier issue, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, tariffs, or additional charges required by their country.

Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Sprinklefetti Glitter within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Final Sale Reminder

All Sprinklefetti Glitter sales are final. Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has shipped.
