Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production, design, customization, or fulfillment begins. Custom orders are invoiced prior to production; work begins once payment is received.
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate, including sizing, color preferences, shipping address, contact information, and any custom order specifications.
Sprinklefetti Glitter reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the requested design, materials, timeline, or customer communication is not suitable for production.
Final Sale Policy
All Sprinklefetti Glitter sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Because each piece is handcrafted, limited in quantity, custom sized, or made with specialty materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Please carefully review all product details — including sizing, materials, colors, photos, and processing times — before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before checkout.
The following are final sale: custom orders, personalized pieces, sale items, limited drops, ready-to-ship pieces, and gift orders.

Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering. Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. If you need sizing assistance, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on order volume, material availability, custom details, and production schedule. Ready-to-ship items generally ship sooner than custom or made-to-order pieces.
Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
