Because each piece is handcrafted, limited quantity, custom sized, or made with specialty materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Customer Responsibility

Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer, incorrect shipping addresses, normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or lost packages marked delivered by the carrier.
