At Sprinklefetti Glitter, every piece is handcrafted with care and created specifically for the customer who ordered it — for pets and people alike. Because of the nature of our work, our return and refund policy reflects the time, materials, and craftsmanship invested in each order. We ask that all customers review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Policy at a Glance
- All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Custom-sized, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law or when Sprinklefetti Glitter approves a remedy for a confirmed error or defect.
- Ready-to-ship items are also final sale under our standard policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with required documentation.
- Submitting a report or photographs does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Final Sale Policy
All Sprinklefetti Glitter sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Because each piece is handcrafted, limited in quantity, custom sized, or made with specialty materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you have a question about your order before production starts, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please carefully review all product details — including sizing, materials, colors, photographs, and processing times — before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law:
- Custom orders and personalized pieces
- Custom-sized pieces based on customer-provided measurements
- Made-to-order and limited-edition pieces
- Ready-to-ship pieces
- Sale items and limited drops
- Gift orders
Handcrafted Variations
Sprinklefetti Glitter pieces are handcrafted individually. Natural variations in bead placement, crystal placement, color appearance, pattern, finish, and other handcrafted details are an inherent part of each piece and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are displayed as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, or device display.
Sizing based on customer-provided measurements is the customer's responsibility. Sprinklefetti Glitter is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or sizing information provided at the time of order.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, personalization details, and shipping information at the time of order. Errors in customer-provided information are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
Please include the following documentation:
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the original packaging and shipping box
- A photograph of the shipping label
- Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or error
Please retain the item and all packaging until your case has been fully reviewed. Disposing of the item or packaging before review is complete may affect the outcome of your claim.
Contacting Sprinklefetti Glitter or submitting photographs does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or reimbursement. Any resolution will depend on the circumstances, available documentation, product availability, applicable law, and any eligible carrier claim.

Returns & Authorization
Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization from Sprinklefetti Glitter. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If a return is authorized, specific instructions will be provided at that time, including the return address, required packaging, and any applicable conditions. Sprinklefetti Glitter reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a return is authorized and a refund is issued, original shipping charges will not be included in the refund unless otherwise required by law. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless Sprinklefetti Glitter determines otherwise in writing.
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
Sprinklefetti Glitter recognizes that customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Where those rights apply, eligible customers may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. However, please note the following:
- Clearly personalized, custom-made, custom-sized, or made-to-order products may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights under applicable law, including Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Not every order automatically qualifies for cancellation or return under these provisions.
- Sprinklefetti Glitter does not attempt to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe you may have a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, please contact us promptly before returning anything. We will review your order and provide instructions.
