Are the designs only for pets?
No. Sprinklefetti Glitter creates statement jewelry for pets and people. Choose the finished size needed on the product page or contact us for sizing assistance.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Custom sizing is available for pets and people. Necklace listings offer finished lengths from 10–24 inches, and bracelet listings currently offer finished sizes from 5.5–8.5 inches unless the product page states otherwise. Measure carefully and submit the finished size needed. Any necklace extender chain is additional to the selected necklace length.
How does bracelet personalization work?
Personalized bracelet listings include a personalization field. Enter the exact name, word, initials, team colors, number, or short design details requested. For a two-bracelet set, include the personalization and finished size for each bracelet if the sizes differ.
How do I order a personalized initial necklace?
On an eligible initial-necklace listing, choose the required initial first, then select the finished necklace length and stainless-steel hardware finish. Review all selections before adding the necklace to your cart. The selected initial is saved with the order.
How do I place a custom order?
Visit our Request a Custom Order page or contact us. We’ll confirm the details and send an invoice before design work or production begins. Production starts after payment is received.
How long does processing take?
Processing time varies according to order volume, material availability, sizing, personalization, and custom details. Any estimated processing information shown on the product page applies to that listing. Carrier transit time is separate from processing time.
How much is U.S. shipping?
Standard tracked U.S. shipping is $12 for orders under $175. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $175 or more. Estimated carrier transit after shipment is 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
What does Available Now mean?
Our Available Now collection includes limited-quantity designs with materials reserved and available now. Some pieces may already be completed in the selected configuration, while custom sizing or a different stainless-steel finish may require final completion after checkout. Review each product page for sizing and processing details.
